The challenge
Netacea’s website contained a wealth of product information, but understanding what the technology meant for a particular business took too much work.
For a technically complex cybersecurity product, that distinction is important. Buyers may understand what a capability does without immediately seeing the risk it addresses, the commercial impact of that risk or why the solution is relevant to their organisation.
Netacea’s existing site left too much of that interpretation to the visitor. Content, navigation and messaging did not create a clear journey from recognising a problem through to understanding the appropriate solution and taking the next step.
The opportunity was to turn the website into a more active part of the buying process: one that could recognise the priorities of Netacea’s ideal customers, make a complex proposition easier to navigate and move high-value prospects towards conversion.
Our solution
We started with Netacea’s ideal customer profiles. Research into those audiences shaped the site architecture, messaging and user experience from the beginning, giving the rebuild a clear view of who the website needed to serve and what those people needed to understand at each stage.
The narrative was rebuilt around real-world scenarios, business risks and outcomes. Technical capability still had an important role, but it was given context. The site could explain what bot attacks mean operationally and commercially, where Netacea fits into that problem and why different solutions matter to different buyers.
We then simplified the navigation and page structure around those journeys. Visitors could move more directly from the problem they recognised to relevant product information, supporting evidence and conversion points, with clearer routes through the site for different needs and levels of intent.
SEO was built into the same structure, connecting search demand with the pages and journeys most relevant to prospective customers.
The result was a site designed around how buyers discover, evaluate and act, with messaging, UX and search working as parts of the same acquisition journey.
The outcome
Netacea now has a website built to turn technical interest into commercial engagement. High-value prospects have clearer routes from the problem they are researching to the solution, evidence and conversion point most relevant to them, while the wider proposition is easier to understand without stripping away its technical depth.
The site has become a stronger part of Netacea’s acquisition model, supporting both organic discovery and paid campaigns with journeys designed around the audiences those channels bring in.
Its role within the marketing ecosystem has also changed. Product content, SEO, user experience and lead generation now work within one connected structure, giving campaigns a more purposeful destination and prospective customers a clearer route through the buying process.
The result is a digital presence that does more than hold information: it helps Netacea create demand, capture intent and move prospective customers towards a commercial conversation.
